Princess Anne marked a major milestone on Tuesday in London with the launch of the University of Health Sciences Chancellor’s Fund.
As Chancellor, the Princess Royal toured the campus and spent time with staff, students and patients while observing the work of the university up close.
The newly unveiled Fund is designed to accelerate that mission, channeling support toward education, innovation and community well-being.
A key moment of the visit came with the signing of the Legacy Charter, formalized by Her Royal Highness together with Vice-Chancellor Professor Lesley Haig.
The document establishes the guiding principles that will guide the program in the years to come.
Professor Haig caught the mood and expressed his sincere gratitude for the royal visit and the collective effort.
She shared the moment on Instagram and described it as more than just financial support, but the foundation of something lasting.
“I am deeply grateful to the Princess Royal for attending the inauguration.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all those whose vision and support have made this effort possible.
“We are building not only a fund, but a legacy.”
