Princess Diana received a sweet letter from King Charles before her wedding day.
The former Princess of Wales, who was also her majesty’s first, received a letter from her husband, while making a confession of love.
According to Andrew Morton’s book, ‘Diana: in her own words’, Diana recalled: “He sent me a very pleasant seal ring the night before Clarence House, with the feathers of the Prince of Wales and a very beautiful card that said: “I am very proud of you and when you come I will be there at the altar for you tomorrow.
“Just look at them in the eye and hit them dead ‘”.
Speaking more about her wedding day, Diana told Mr. Morton: “I remember being so in love with my husband that I could not take his eyes off his eyes,” reports the Express.
