Princess Eugenie has reacted to the statement of King Charles as the monarch directed the tributes to the lions of the history of England after they won the title of the Women’s Eurocup 2025.
The Buckingham Palace issued King Charles’ statement in its social media handles after Sarina Wiegman team seized a tense penalty shooting.
The victory of 3-1 shots of England avenged its final loss of the 2023 World Cup against Spain in Australia.
King Charles greeted Wiegman for his cathartic victory, and immediately established his next goal when he urged them to win the World Cup in 2027.
“This brings you, your manager and your entire support team, more sincere congratulations for winning euros 2025,” says King Charles message.
“For more years of what I would like to remember, England fans have sung that famous song”
“As you return home with the trophy that you won in Wembley three years ago, it is a source of great pride that, through sports skills and incredible teamwork, lions have made those words true. For this reason, you have the warmest appreciation and admiration of my whole family.
“Well done, Leonas. The next task is to take the World Cup to the house in 2027 if possible!”
