“There is a scene that had a participation with a lake and we were shooting in Vancouver, and it was February, so you can imagine how ice cream was water, and there were some stunts to accompany it,” Stevens tells me about the scene. “So, that was very, very challenging. Although we had the wet suit and things under our disguise, it was still frozen. So that was probably the most difficult, just for that. The scene is actually one of my favorite scenes throughout the series, but it was definitely not so glamorous for the movie.”

The opening scene is almost identical to the forest where the Landry pond is established, with 1800 and Liam cora even venturing briefly in the water like Kat and Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) could enter The way home. “We filmed the first movie, and then we went to Ireland, we filmed all the Irish images for the three films together, and then we went and made films two and three,” adds Stevens. “Then, Ireland almost felt like her own movie. I think the benefit of how we filmed is that our characters are trying to resolve each other, and Cora is having these dreams, but I really cannot make sense of them yet. In real life, we had to look back in our time in Ireland, so we now know what our characters are thinking about the things they are remembering, and we actually film those things in our time. us.
“We filmed in Dublin and Kilruddery Castle, which is where the house of Cora is. And then we shot the castle where the Beckhams married, which was really great.”
