LAHORE:
PTI has clarified that the letter written by his leadership of Punjab, while highlighting the importance of significant dialogue, also dissipates the speculation that their imprisoned leaders had opened under any pressure.
Speaking to The Express PAkGazette, the Punjab Social Chief of Social Networks said that the letter, written by one of the five leaders imprisoned and delivered to the media through his lawyers, was not making new demands per se.
He explained that the party seeks to celebrate negotiations at all levels, even with the powers that are “those who are actually executing the program and calling the shooting.”
He stressed that the key purpose of the letter was to reject the impression that PTI leaders currently after bars were looking to solve their disputes with state institutions in an attempt to end their prolonged imprisonment. “All these five leaders are standing, and their commitment to the cause of the party is still unwavering,” he said.
The call of the PTI for a broader negotiation process occurs when the PPP has already obtained the support of the PML-N.
The senior leader of PML-N, Khawaja Saad Rafique, described PTI “wise and relevant” letter.
Publishing in his social media handles, Saad Rafique wrote: “The Lympres of PTI Senior Leaders imprisoned in the Kot Lakhpat prison in support of the dialogue process between the political parties is important and wise. If the founders of PTI agree with the opinion of their older colleagues, then the conversations can begin.”
However, he added that discussions must be maintained without previous conditions and focus on reducing bitterness through dialogue and gradually relieved confrontations.
“If we can talk to enemy countries, why can’t we talk to each other?” He wrote.
Rafique said that Pakistan urgently needs a new broader democratic letter, stating: “No discussion can be fruitful without reaching a consensus about this. Let’s sit together and decide on the rule of the Constitution in Pakistan, or recite the fatiha of democracy.”
He also declared that political forces, both in the government and in the opposition, remain a political reality, regardless of changing popularity qualifications.
“In the same way, denying the power of the establishment is also a denial of reality. The solution to our political crisis will not come through the use of force against force, but through dialogue and deliberation,” he added.
“Whatever the solution to complex differences and problems, it will be a step -by -step process. Instead of waste energy in dragging and destroying each other, we must discuss the ways of advancing to the country,” Rafique said.
When commenting on PTI’s announcement to launch a protest movement after Muharram, he said: “I have no doubt that the protest movement will not succeed, even after Muharram.”
Attributed the expected failure to the hard climate, the weak organizational structure of PTI, the internal divisions and the rigidity of the state institutions.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi
Early in the day, the leader of PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, urged the president of the party, lawyer Gohar Ali Khan, and Secretary General Salman Akram Raja to visit him in jail, stating that it was the consensus of Kot Lakhpp’s inmates in the jail that negotiations must be made.
Speaking to journalists during their trial in jail, Qureshi added: “I will not reveal the name to whom PTI must initiate conversations.”
“The moment of things is very important and matters a lot in politics, so I will reveal the name at the right time,” he added.
Regarding the continuous fight of the party for political dialogue, he said: “We have been talking about negotiations for two years, so what solution is except protests when no response is received?”
Qureshi said that PTI’s founding president Imran Khan would finally make the final decision on any negotiation. “We wanted to talk to powerful runners, but they received a response that PTI should talk to politicians,” he said.
He pointed out that confusion had intensified due to the lack of access to Imran Khan. “They must receive access to Imran Khan so that we can take their point of view and explain ourselves,” he said.
The experienced politician said: “They are in jail and do not know what is on the field. I have 42 years of politics experience.” “The country should bloom.”
Dr. Yasmeen Rashid, another leader of PTI imprisoned, echoed the feelings of incarcerated party members. “We are in jail for the good of this country, not by mines. We know that we had not committed any crime; we know they will punish us, but even so, they will adhere to their position and do not lean to their created interests,” he said.
“I have many educational titles and I could go to any country for a better life, but I will not, since Pakistan is my country and I love it,” he added.
“We talk about the Constitution and we will obtain justice through the courts.”
