Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has once again issued a show cause notice to Sher Afzal Marwat for violating party discipline, Express News reported.

In a notice issued on Monday, the PTI leadership reprimanded party leader Sher Afzal Marwat, known for his fiery oratory, for making statements contrary to the party’s official position.

Furthermore, Marwat has been banned from representing the party in the media until he submits a reply to the show-cause notice. The show cause notice was issued by PTI Additional General Secretary Firdous Shamim Naqvi.

The notice, issued under PTI Chairman Imran Khan, claimed that Sher Afzal Marwat had previously violated party policy and made statements without careful consideration. You have been given seven days to submit your response.

It is noteworthy that just a few days ago, PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat broke his silence on the party’s internal differences and stated that if anyone speaks against him, he should not expect his silence in return.

It may be noted that last year the PTI issued a show-cause notice to Sher Afzal Marwat for violating the party’s code of conduct with his recent comments directed at senior leaders and Saudi Arabia.

The notice accused Marwat of making damaging statements and straining relations within the party.
