Rachel Zegler shares an idea of how she was chosen in Snow White and thanks Steven Spielberg for it.
Appearing in the Jimmy Kimmel program, the presenter asked if she auditioned for the iconic role or if her performance in West Side Story convinced manufacturers.
“Actually I got a really brilliant recommendation from Steven Spielberg to [director] Marc Webb, “he said.
“And I also received a text message from Steven referring to the fact that he had received the role before discovering him.
Rachel, a swiftie, said: “Yes, I was giving Taylor Swift Easter eggs about my casting.”
For the paper, the 23 -year -old said that the role in Disney’s film was so reserved that he initially did not know that he was reading the Snow White part.
“With all these Disney things, you have no idea what you are reading,” he concluded. “He will say ‘to the Disney’s live action movie’ until the sides will have different names. He will say that Amber and Jeff.”
