Islamabad:
Pakistan Railways has introduced trains of multiple high -speed and comfortable diesel units.
In an informative session for the Federal Minister of Railways Hanif Abbasi, the Ferrocarrile officials said the trains were designed to function with the speed of 160 kilometers per hour.
The trains will apply between Lahore, Lala Musa and Rawalpindi.
Up to 380 passengers can travel at the same time in more multiple trains. The project is based on a public-private association. Railways will guarantee effective operation and surveillance.
