Randall Park recently got honest and opened on the dark side of social networks, sharing his struggles before leaving him forever.
Talking with PEOPLEThe 51-year-old American actor and filmmaker revealed that he left social networks forever after having a series of panic attacks during the Covid-19 pandemic in October 2020.
Returning to the mind, Park said: “I was on social networks for a while, and then, during the pandemic, it was such a terrifying moment. In addition, there was an choice during that time. It was much chaos and negativity only in the air, but also specifically online, a lot of confusion and vitriol.”
