Rare eclipse of ‘Blood Moon’ to dazzle Pakistan Sunday

The observers of the sky in Pakistan are established for a remarkable heavenly show this weekend as a weird lunar eclipse, commonly called “Blood Luna”, will be visible throughout the country between September 7 and 8, the weather allows.

According to the PMD, the brightness of the moon will begin to fade at 8:28 pm of September 7, with the partial eclipse from 9:27 pm and the total eclipse from 10:31 pm

The event will reach its maximum point at 11:12 pm, before the end of the total phase at 11:53 pm the partial eclipse will conclude at 12:57 AM of September 8, while the entire event will conclude at 1:55 am, the PMD said in a statement.
