Boston Red Sox Prospect, and perspective number 1 in baseball, according to MLB Pipeline, Roman Anthony made his long -awaited debut in Fenway Park on Tuesday night.
While all baseball eyes were in Anthony, he was not the only family member who went viral.
Lia Anthony, Roman’s sister, told “The Greg Hill Show”, based in Boston, who had “enough DMS” after being shown in Nesn’s transmission for Tuesday’s game against the Rays of Tampa Bay.

While arguing the emotion of seeing that his brother’s dream came true playing in the big leagues, LIA also revealed that his Instagram tracking increased from 3,000 to more than 14,000.

Nesn Sideline Jahmai Webster reporter took the time to interview the Anthony family during the game, which was one of the main reasons why LIA became viral.
But she says that her little brother Roman was not too affected by the attention she was receiving.
“I think he was definitely surprised. We were all. We were all in disbelief. But, I mean, he has bigger things to concentrate. So, he has been focusing on his debut and everything. But I think he surprised us all,” Lia explained.
Lia added that this was his first experience in Boston, where “people were incredible.” He also met the legend of the red socks David Ortiz, calling him “an unreal experience.”

“My mother moved especially, because David Ortiz had shared a couple of words with her, speaking of how incredible Roman and how will the face of the franchise be,” Lia said.
Roman did not have the debut he wanted, going 0 by 4 with a sacrifice fly and a RBI, but he was able to obtain his first career success, a double of two ranked, Wednesday.
