Nick Reiner’s family fears his private medical records will be exposed during his upcoming trial, sources close to the family say.
According to internal sources who spoke with the ShutterScoop In this column, the family worked for years to shield Nick’s mental health issues from the public eye.
“They have worked very hard to keep these issues private; no one knew about them,” a source said.
The possible disclosure of confidential records in court is described as a “strong emotional blow” ahead.
Recent stories have come to light about 24-year-old Nick, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia many years ago and had been in and out of rehab centers several times.
A mental health conservatorship for 2022 has also been made public.
