It seems that there are differences within the Osbourne family, since Ozzy’s son revealed that he was not close to his sister Aimee.
The 39 -year -old reflected on the tense relationship with his older sister in a recent interview with him Disrespectfully Podcast, recorded shortly before the death of the Heavy Metal icon, where the brothers joined at their funeral.
He gave an example of his family’s successful reality show, The Osbournes, In MTV. Aimee chose to leave because “at that time I really wanted to be a musician, and the type of musician who wanted to be was like an apple Fiona, star Mazzy, like this type of dark, mysterious and bad [artist]”
The prince of the Darkness continued: “And she considered making a show on MTV as a low fruit. She said: ‘They are not going to see me mounting,’ this is how she perceived it.”
When the program became a success, Aimee still became rigid in her decision as Jack said, saying “she was something like,” well, now I can’t come because I don’t want them to see me even more like jumping in the car ‘”.
“And so, she simply dug her heels and wanted to be relatively private and dark,” he said, adding: “I have never had the conversation with her; we are not close. We have no great relationship, she will be the first to tell you that, so it is no secret.”
However, the death of his father, Ozzy, led the Osbourne family to issue a statement to People Set, “it is more sad that the simple words can convey that we have to inform that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has died this morning.
“He was with his family and was surrounded by love. We asked everyone to respect the privacy of our family at this time,” they shared.
Ozzy married twice and has six children.
