Ricky Starks makes an impressive appearance of WWE NXT after the launch of Rival Company

The WWE universe was stunned on Tuesday when NXT concluded his last episode when the superstar of the professional struggle Rick Starks appeared in the building to go to the crowd.

Starks was released from all elite wrestling on Monday after an absence of months. They had not seen him on an Awal television since March 30, 2024, when he and Big Bill lost a label team against Dante and Darius Martin.

He made an appearance in a game wrestling program at the American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and then appearances in House of Glory last month. He won the Defy World Championship last week against Defensor Kenta champion.

Then, he was released. WWE did not seem to waste time to appear.

“Saint Shit!” NXT’s announcer, Vic Joseph, said when Starks appeared in the crowd.

“It’s obvious that you know who I am,” he said. “If NXT is the future of professional struggle, guess what? You need an absolute superstar of the future. If this is the most popular brand, well, you need the hottest free agent at this time, baby.”

The appearance of Starks in NXT is the last example of a professional fighter who makes a surprising leap to a rival company.

Ethan Page acted on AEW until the summer of 2023, and then was in Ring of Honor before joining WWE last year. Shawn Spears was with AEW of its launch in 2019 before WWE joined in February 2024 and began acting in NXT.

On the other hand, the former stars of the WWE Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin and MVP were among those who recently appeared in AEW after their company departure based in Connecticut.

It is not clear what impact will start immediately. But it was clear that fans were excited for their arrival.
