Rod Stewart has canceled and postponed several American concerts this June due to a persistent flu, which raises doubts about his programmed appearance in Glastonbury at the end of this month.
In an Instagram statement shared on Saturday, June 7, the 80 -year -old rock legend announced that it would cancel four shows and postpuss two others in Nevada and California, citing the doctor’s orders for an extended break.
With regard to this, Stewart wrote: “I am devastated and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience for my fans. I will return on the stage soon.”
The canceled dates include June 7, 8 and 10 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and on June 14 at the Lake Tahoe amphitheater.
In addition, his June 12 show at Rancho Mirage has been rescheduled for September 20, while his June 15 show in Paso Robles moves to September 21.
