Ryan Reynolds is taking his father’s notes when it comes to special traditions.
He Deadpool and Wolverine The 48 -year -old actor attended the panel of New York City of Acadia Pharmaceuticals for the month of Parkinson’s conscience this Friday when he had an exchange with the press about his family.
He began with the actor by opening about his father’s experience living with Parkinson’s disease for almost 20 years before he died at age 74 in 2014.
At one point, Reynolds opened about his idea that his three daughters, whom he shares with his wife Blake Lively, would have changed their father’s life “deeply” as they did for him.
“I think my father, being the father of four children, if I had met these three girls we have, I think he would have changed deeply if I really do it,” he said People’s magazine.
“Obviously they changed me deeply, but he would really have benefited. I think that in reality, I know that this sounds [like] A stretch, but I think his health would have improved if he could have spent some time with them.
From there, the award -winning actor also recalled a tradition that his father began with him and his three brothers, adding that he now intends to transmit it to his three girls.
“The only thing I have is every year I sent to the Canadian mint and buy the coin package. It was probably $ 15 and it was not very extravagant, but every year, all my brothers, we have all done it from the year we were born until the last time he did,” he shared.
“My youngest daughter, Betty, is a little obsessed with that. That’s something like that,” he continued. “We really travel to the Canadian mint, [and]… I felt that I was taking my dad with us and I do the same. I get them [a] package. They don’t even know. I mean, they know, but they still don’t care. Maybe later. “
Reynolds, who married Blake Lively in 2012, has welcomed four children over the years, including Betty, 5, Inez, 8, James, 10, and a son Olin, 2. In addition to having popular parents, children have a global pop star Taylor Swift as their cursed.
