Jon Rahm continued his excellent game for the European team in the Ryder 2025 Cup in Bethpage Black on Saturday.
Rahm won his two games to help supply two of the 5½ points that Europe said on Friday. On Saturday, Rahm had more magic in the store in the eighth hole of the morning session.
Rahm’s partner, Tyrrell Hatton, hit his exit blow to the eighth hole 3 wide of the green and right on the edge of the bunker. The ball was raw, and Rahm had to stand very under the ball in a bunker.

Rahm took the ball wonderfully when he landed just when the green began and rolled directly to the hole for a miraculous Birdie. Rahm knew it was good immediately when he left the bunker and pointed out in celebration before the ball fell into the hole.
Xander Schauffele of the US team. Uu. He had the opportunity to respond to the sensational Rahm’s shot with his own chip. The teammate of Schauffele, Patrick Cantlay, also hit a blow of a rebel t -shirt that left Schauffele raw.

Schauffele almost matched Rahm, since he also missed the mortification of Birdie, but ultimately, the US team lost that hole, and the European team left the eighth hole one in the game.
Rahm’s shot was particularly overwhelming for the US team. Because Cantlay and Schauffele had just drawed the game after winning the fifth and seventh holes. Rahm and Hatton won the first two holes and took a rapid advantage of 2 up to start the second day of action.

Rahm’s fantastic shot suffocated any impulse that Schauffele and Cantlay would have built. At the time of this writing, Rahm and Hatton remain one through 11 holes.
