It is not a secret that former ESPN Ryan Clark and Sage Steele colleagues are not the best friends, but Steele made his most condemnatory comment about the former NFL player to date on Tuesday.

In the last edition of his podcast, Clark suggested that former NFL Field Robert Griffin III “has no conversations at home about what black women have to endure in this country” considering that his wife is white.

Clark made the comment while calling Griffin to address “The Hate Train” after Angel’s fight with Caitlin Clark during the weekend. Ryan Clark also mentioned Dave Portnoy and former ESPN employee Keith Olbermann as speaking heads that make him re -a “villain” and Clark “Heroico”.

Steele learned of Clark’s comments.

“Another unnecessary class without class, divisive, disgusting and unnecessary of Ryan Clark. But … it is even for the course. We should expect nothing less. Shameful,” Steele published in X.

Later, Griffin said Ryan Clark’s comments showed “how low a person is.”

Steele and Ryan Clark have had a meat in the past. Clark has said that “he had no problem” with Steele as a conservative, but one of Steele’s previous comments about former President Barack Obama “offended him.” As a result, he asked for another host for a ESPN segment. Steele is demanding ESPN, and one of his accusations is that Clark refused to work with her due to his political views.

Steele once said that he was “fascinating” that Obama described himself as “black” “taking into account that his black father was nowhere, but his white mother and grandmother raised him.”

“Because what I know is … Chemistry is a large part of television. It is a large part of our ability to entertain. And I didn’t want my discomfort with what he said on the screen,” said Ryan Clark.

Ryan Clark said it was something unique with Steele, and they could “work … in a very cordial way” until he left ESPN. He added that they no longer speak: “But obviously I wish him all the best in all his efforts.”

Caitlin Clark was evaluated a flagrant foul in the aforementioned play and, during an interview in the game, he said it was a “good missing”, a notion with which Reese agreed.
