Sage, the company behind many of the best coffee makers that I have tried here in Techradar, has launched a new espresso coffee machine with two boilers, which allows you to take a photo of Espresso coffee and steam milk at the same time, without waiting.
The Dual Sage Oracle boiler also allows you to choose between automatic and manual modes, so you can take control over the entire preparation process to obtain exactly the flavor profile you want, or let the machine do the work if you only want a good flavor coffee with a minimum effort.
Do you want Dual Oracle boiler to handle things for you? Simply use the color touch screen to choose between a menu of 15 pre -established drinks, then follow the simple instructions on the screen to grind and prepare your coffee, and cook the milk perfectly (if necessary).
Like the Sage Barista impresses with the cold extraction that I tried recently, the Dual Boiler Oracle menu includes heat and cold options., From classics such as a double or capuchin espresso to an espresso Martini or Shakerato (a drink of ice cream with simple syrup). There are 15 drinks to choose from, which is more than any other Sage machine has offered to date.
I really want to try the Dual Oracle boiler, especially since, unlike most espresso coffee machines at home, it has a heated group to help maintain a consistent temperature throughout the preparation process.
The Dual Oracle boiler will also monitor how long it takes to pour each shot and suggest changes in routine size until it obtains a perfectly extracted espresso. This process, known as ‘marking’ in El Molinillo, is one of the slower parts to make coffee, and making the machine do the job of calculating the correct configuration is very useful.
Sage has not slipped into the accessories either. There is a 58 mm professional stainless steel portfilter, and even a matching box for their land (something that would like to come with the best express coffee machines).
Of course, all this has a price, and the Sage Oracle dual boiler is one of the most expensive espresso coffee machines in the market in £ 2,499.95. It is available directly from Sage and a selection of external retailers.
