Islamabad:
The Constitutional Bank has restored the law of the Sales Tax for the previously Fata and Pata, suspending the previous verdict of the Superior Court of Peshawar that had annulled the law.
The case related to the exemption granted under the sixth calendar of the Sales Tax Law for Fata and Pata residents was heard on Wednesday by the Constitutional Bank of five members, headed by Judge Amin-Dud-Din Khan. Other bank members included Judge Jamal Khan Commandkhail, Judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Judge Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Judge Shahid Bilal Hassan.
