- Salesforce UKI CEO declares that it is time for the “Digital Laboratory Revolution”
- AI agents presented an increasingly vital role in companies everywhere
- Agentforce can be “the agent layer for your company,” says Salesforce
The next stage in the adoption of business will make agents become a vital part of the workforce, regardless of their industry, Salesforce leaders have declared.
Speaking in his event Agentforce World Tour London, Zahra Bahrololoumi Cbe, CEO of Salesforce Uki, said it was time for the “Digital Revolution Labor”, since IA agents take a more central role in companies everywhere.
“This is a time when we spread to our teams and unlock the additional capacity with AI agents that work with us,” he said, “we need this now more than ever, because customers expect more.”
AI agents everywhere
Bahrololumi highlighted the growing role of AI agents as the next step along a technological trip that has seen companies adopt Internet, mobile cloud computing and now AI.
Salesforce has been able to support its customers throughout each step of this trip, he said, and wants to play a key role in the adoption of AI, a movement that he pointed out is: “possibly bigger than the arrival of the Internet.”
Consumers and commercial clients today want personal and human experiences, proactive programming and more interactive experiences in their business, he said, “customers want this 24/7, but the reality is that many clients are struggling to keep up.”
Instead of having to choose between quality and scale, or burn human workers, AI agents can play a key role, believes Salesforce.
Bahrololoumi explained that Agentforce can offer “labor forces without limits … agents with real agency, not only speak, take measures and solve the problems of their customer 24/7”.
“Agentforce is not just a set of tools, it is the agent layer for your company,” he said: “It is time for companies to take advantage of the digital labor revolution.”
To support these points of view, Salesforce revealed its report of digital work trends, which states that the leaders of C-Suite companies of the United Kingdom believe that digital work will provide a 25% increase in productivity.
The investigation also found that the United Kingdom companies are now fully adopting AI agents, with more than three quarters (78%) of organizations that already use AI agents, and 14% plan to adopt technology in the next six months.
“Each Board and Company must prepare for this organizational transformation, equipping its people for a workforce that is human and digital,” said Bahrololumi, “this is the digital labor revolution.”
