
The influence of social networks Samiya Hijab and Hassan Zahid, who is suspicious in their case of kidnapping, have reached an agreement outside the court, the sources said on Saturday.
The plaintiff Hijab did not appear at today’s hearing, while Zahid’s lawyers withdrew the bail of the Magistrates Court, citing jurisdiction and presented new ones in the district and the session court in Islamabad.
Meanwhile, additional session judge Amir Zia issued notices to both parties and postponed the case until September 15.
A day earlier, the Federal Capital Local Court sent Zahid to the prison in judicial prison in the case of kidnapping of Hijab.
Zahid was produced before the judicial magistrate Yasir Mahmood, where the police sought a five -day physical return for greater investigation.
