- Samsung has confirmed a sleeping problem with several of its smart watches
- He says that the function does not work correctly at the Galaxy Watch 4, 5, 6, 7 or ultra
- He says that users must then activate the energy saving mode and update the Samsung Health application
Samsung has confirmed that several of its latest Galaxy watches are affected by a sleeping problem, but fortunately a couple of solutions are also recommended.
In a Samsung community forum in Korea (seen by Sammobile), the company revealed that two of its best smart watches, Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, may not be measuring the dream correctly.
The problem, which also affects the Galaxy Watch 4, 5 and 6, means that “sleep -related measurement values are not correctly reflected in the Samsung Health application on the Galaxy clock.” (Translated)
Samsung has offered a couple of solutions for users who may be experiencing problems. As noted, this statement was only published in a Korean forum, so it is not clear at this stage if this is a specific problem in the region: we have contacted Samsung for more information.
Anyway, if you have sleeping problems on your Galaxy clock, here are some things you can do.
How to fix sleep monitoring on the galaxy clock
True to the form of technology problem solving, Samsung says that the first thing users should do is turn off and turn on their device again.
Meanwhile, he says that he is working in an updated version of the Samsung Health application that will solve the problem.
More specifically, Samsung also recommends that users enable and then disable the energy saving mode of the Galaxy Watch in the configuration application on the clock.
Finally, users must also download the latest update of Samsung’s health application by Galaxy Store. It is not clear if this is the updated application that the company promised, or an interim solution meanwhile. But if you are experiencing sleeping problems with your Galaxy watch, all these solutions are good places to start.
As mentioned, we communicated with Samsung about the problem, and we will update this story with any new information that gives us.
