- A practical video of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 appeared briefly
- Showed the largest cover screen in this model
- The Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7 should be launched on Wednesday
We have seen many leaks around the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 before the official launch of these folding, scheduled for next Wednesday, July 9, and this weekend a practical video of the Z Flip 7 has emerged.
It was not long before the video, published by Mint Andrei in X, was demolished, but some images of the clip for posterity in Sammobile have been preserved. If this is genuine, it is the first time we take a look at a Galaxy Z Flip 7 completely in operation.
The main update here is the cover screen. The previous rumors had suggested that the outer screen would expand in size to wrap the camera modules, and that is what we can see in the filtered videos and images.
It seems that the additional screen space, with the cover screen that grows to 4.1 inches from 3.4 inches in the Samsung Galaxy Z Current Flip 6, will be used mainly to display information of date and time, according to this leak.
Thinner and faster
Although it was live, the practical video also showed some of the other rumored changes that reach the Galaxy Z Flip 7. The main screen apparently extends in size of 6.7 inches to 6.9 inches, while it is also expected to also become thinner.
Previously we have seen unofficial renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and it seems that both are going to shave some fractions of a millimeter in terms of how thick they are, from front to back.
Otherwise, apart from an increase in processor speed, we may not see much that it is new when it comes to the galaxy z Flip 7. It is reported that the cameras are the same as the current model, for example, although we could obtain a larger battery.
Both the Z Fold 7 and the Z Flip 7 will get their great presentation on Wednesday, July 9, and can see live while reading the comprehensive PakGazette coverage. We should also obtain some new wearables, including the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8.
