Samsung says that ‘millions’ are using Galaxy AI regularly, despite the surprising results of the survey

There seems to be a fairly large elephant in the smartphone industry room at this time. The tastes of Samsung, Apple and Google are invested strongly in the development (and marketing) of AI software, but consumers seem less than interested in a technology that has not yet shown that the game for their daily lives has been shown.

At least, that is the impression we receive from readers’ comments, and a recent survey of more than 2,000 iPhone and Samsung Galaxy users discovered that 73% of Iphone owners and an enormous 87% of respondents who proposed to Galaxy feel that AI adds little or no value to the experience of their smartphone. That must be a difficult reading for technology executives that collectively bet on hundreds of billions in the future.
