- Samsung’s last OLED screen ecosystem concept wants to foster a perfect ‘multiple screen experience’
- Movie Energy consumption cell (OCF) technology (OCF) increases brightness
- Integrated grip mango improves portability
Samsung has introduced a concept that combines portability resistant with a futuristic design: an OLED portable monitor of 18.1 inches with a 4.5R folding radius, which transforms into a briefcase shape with an integrated grip handle.
It is shown in MWC 2025, this folding OLED panel has a 2000 × 3664 pixels QHD+ resolution, offering a high pixel density of 184 ppi, although Samsung has not yet confirmed commercial availability.
In addition, Samsung has focused on energy efficiency by incorporating cell technology into cells (OCF), which improves brightness while maintaining lower energy consumption. This ensures that the screen remains visible without significantly exhausting the battery life, even in bright conditions.
Optimized for efficiency and durability
In the event, Samsung Display also introduced its theme “Oled Magic”, presenting OLED panels of Ultra Delgado Bevel, QD high performance monitors with update rates of up to 500 Hz and 240 Hz OLED panels for laptops.
Samsung suggests that its ‘Studio Colorless Studio’ stand in MWC will show ‘color consistency’ on OLED screens of several size.
Its latest screen ecosystem depends on facilitating a ‘multiple screen experience’, allowing users to change without problems of content such as video or a web browser. On one screen to another.
“Users can start watching a program on their smartphone and pass without problems to their TV or explore products on a laptop and complete the purchase on their smartphone,” Samsung said.
“This interconnected experience allows a fluid and uninterrupted online trip on several devices, regardless of the place.”
