Mihailo Bjelic, one of Polygon’s four co -founders, is leaving the network.
Bjelic made the announcement in X, “after a lot of thought and reflection, I decided to resign from the board of the Political Foundation and tear down my daily participation with Polygon Labs,” he said.
With the departure of Bjelic, co -founder Sandeep Nailwal becomes the last remaining member of the original founding team.
Nailwal recognized Bjelic’s contributions to the network and wished him luck for the future.
The layer 2, which was original known as Matic, was formed by Jaynti Kanani, Sandeep Nailwal, Mihailo Bjelic and Anurag Arjun.
At the time of writing, Polygon’s Pol fell 5% in the last 24 hours, quoting more than 23 cents.
