Islamabad:
The Supreme Court has issued an proforma for murder and other criminal cases. According to the new requirement, all the basic details of the case must be provided in a page form. The parties are now required to send this information form together with the case.
Proforma will include the FIR number, the police station, the postmortem results, the names and ages of the accused and the arrest dates. It will also register the verdicts of the Court of First Instance and the Superior Court, as well as the day and time of the postmortem.
In addition, forensic results should be mentioned in the form. The judges can access all the essential cases of this one page document.
