Islamabad:
The Supreme Court will take the appeal of the Punjab government against the approval of the defendant’s bail request in the cases of attack of May 9, 2023 for hearing on April 8.
A three -members bank led by the president of the Supreme Court Yahya Afridi and including Judge Shafi Siddiqui and Judge Shakeel Ahmed, will hear the case.
The appeals were presented for the cancellation of the bond of 20 defendants, including Alia Hamza and Khadija Shah. Shah has been included in the Punjab prison reform committee of the president of Pakistan president for Punjab.
