Scottie Scheffler added another trophy to his case of PGA Tour on Sunday, and assured it epic with an incredible chip in hole 17.
Cave Valley Golf Club was the site of this Scheffler masterpiece, where he surpassed Scottish golfer Robert MacIntyre to win the BMW championship after shooting 3 under Sunday to get a two -shots victory on 15 bass for the tournament.
The second largest Scheffler victory in his career would not have been possible without his amazing chip just before the 17th green.

It was not the best lie in the thick thickness in the torque 3 hole, but Scheffler’s contact was perfect when the ball flew to Green and began to drip towards the hole. While the pace’s rhythm continued, the line looked perfect as he kept tracking towards the cup.
Then, while leaving the steam, he sank and the crowd went crazy when Scheffler put on the most conventional way. And in doing so, he sealed the victory over MacIntyre, who was visibly stunned by what he saw.

“Part of me wanted to go to the pin, and I stayed there on the left side,” Scheffler said on his chips on 17, according to Yahoo Sports. “I knew that Par was not going to be a bad score in that hole today. Every time you guide such a chip, it is quite pleasant. It looked good when it landed, it looked good when I was rolling, and it was nice to see that it came in.”
MacIntyre was the leader who entered Sunday, but did not help his cause after spending 3 in his first five holes. Meanwhile, Scheffler took the lead in the seventh green when he shredded his third hole in the afternoon.

Scheffler knew that Par was going to be the winner on 18, and that is exactly what happened when he celebrated another victory on the PGA tour.
This victory in the final round of the Fedex Cup playoffs was his fifth this season, marking his second consecutive year of PGA Tour of at least five victories. Only Tiger Woods has been able to do it in the last 40 years.
Scheffler’s 2025 season has included two most important titles, since he won at the British Open and the PGA championship before that. With two Masters Green Jackets, Scheffler only needs the open trophy of US to complete the Grand Slam of his career, which only six other golfers have been able to achieve on their careers. Rory Mcilroy completed his in Augusta National in April.

MacIntyre finished 13 bass during the week, while Maverick McNealy finished third with 11 -under. Tommy Fleetwood and Sam Burns completed the first five in 10 bass.
