
Sean “Diddy” lawyers have admitted that he used violence against his ex, Cassie Ventura, but said he was mutual.
During the interrogation of Judge Arun Subramanian on Friday, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, the defense plans “to take the position there was mutual violence in his relationship”, including “blows.”
“We are going to absolutely admit domestic violence,” said Agnifilo, adding: “But at what point does it become coercive?”
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 for extortion positions, sex trafficking and transport to participate in prostitution. He denied all the charges and declared himself innocent.
The music tycoon was held at the Metropolitan Detention Center waiting for judgment.

His former Cassie previously accused him of sexual aggression, rape and physical violence and the case was resolved. Later, CNN published a bomb video that showed Diddy hitting her.
Now, according to the reports, he proposed to testify at the trial, whose jury selection began on May 5.
Opening statements for trial are expected to begin on May 12.
