The restrictions will be in force from June 5 to June 20.

According to the order, a complete prohibition on the Paloma flight, the fireworks, the use of drones or laser lights and the elimination of animal waste within the designated perimeter have been placed.

The decision has been taken in the interest of protecting human life and property and to guarantee the operation without problems of flight services.

The Secretary of the Interior of Punjab issued the restrictions under section 144 (6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, citing that such activities represent serious threats to safety and flight operations.

The directives apply uniformly in all civil airports and PAF Air bases in Punjab.

All attached commissioners have received instructions to guarantee a strict implementation of the ban and maintain greater cleaning in the areas surrounding airports and air bases.

A spokesman for the Department of Origin of Punjab emphasized that the measure is a preventive measure aimed at mitigating potential hazards during the Eidul Azha period, a time when cases of elimination of open waste and celebration activities traditionally increase.
