Pakistan’s security forces killed 16 terrorists who tried to infiltrate through the border between Pakistan-Fanganistan, the wing of military media, public relations between services (ISPR), confirmed on Sunday. The clash occurred during the night from March 22 to 23, when security forces detected the movement of a group of terrorists, known as "Khwarij," Trying to cross Pakistan near Ghulam Khan Kallay in northern Wazirist.
"Own troops effectively committed and frustrated their attempt to infiltrate. After an intense fire exchange, all sixteen khwarij were sent to hell," The ISPR declared. Pakistan has repeatedly urged the interim government of Afghanistan to improve border security and prevent its soil from being used for attacks against Pakistan. “The interim Afghan government is expected to comply with its obligations and deny the use of its territory by the militants,” the statement added. The ISPR reiterated that Pakistan’s security forces are committed to protecting the borders of the nation and eliminating the threat of terrorism.
