ISLAMABAD:
The Senate Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting on Tuesday unanimously passed the ‘Motion Picture (Amendment) Bill, 2024’.
The committee met at the Old PIPS Hall, Parliament Lodges, Islamabad to solicit members.
The members present unanimously nominated Senator Sarmad Ali to chair the debate.
The body unanimously approved the “Film Film (Amendment) Bill, 2024” tabled by Murtaza Solangi, the then Minister of Information and Broadcasting, after a brief discussion.
