Seven people were killed in an attack on a house in a village in the Sohbat Pur district, where the unknown assailants opened fire and then lit the house.
The attack, which occurred within the jurisdiction of the RD 238 Police Station, resulted in the death of a head of a family, four children and a daughter. The ages of the children ranged between one and 15 years.
The perpetrators, after carrying out the shooting, set fire to the makeshift house of the family before fleeing the scene.
The authorities are investigating the matter, and the police have promised to stop those responsible for the attack.
Previously, at least six passengers died in a brutal attack against a bus bound for Karachi in the Kalmat area of Gwadar on Wednesday night.
The incident occurred in the Kalmat area, where five people died instantly, and one succumbed to injuries later while receiving treatment at the hospital.
The authorities confirmed that the victims, all who were traveling to Karachi, included a fine man.
