The Sindh Superior Court approved the request of the Judicial Magistrate for the exhumation of Mustafa Amir’s body in relation to his case of murder in Karachi.

The court also ordered that the main suspect, Armaghan Qureshi, is in the present tomorrow.

During the hearing on the appeal filed by the Attorney General of Sindh, the court directed the production of Armaghan at 9:30 am in tomorrow and postponed the session.

The Sindh Superior Court has also sought records of the Anti -Terror Court (ATC). The Attorney General requested the cancellation of an order by dismissing the case against a police team and permit for Armaghan’s physical prison.

In the city court, the Police submitted a request for exhumation to the judicial magistrate, which was granted. The court ordered the formation of a medical board to perform an autopsy and collect DNA samples from Mustafa’s remains.

Previously, the police have submitted a request for exhumation from Mustafa Amir’s body, stating that it is essential to perform a post mortem and DNA analysis.

He had been missing since January 6 and was supposedly killed by his childhood friends, who later burned his body along with his car.

There have been more revelations from the friend of Armagan, Shiraz, who said that Mustafa and Armagan had a dispute over a girl during the New Year’s Eve. The disagreement led Armagan to attract Mustafa to his house under false pretensions on January 6, where he killed him violently.

Then, the suspects transported their body on the trunk of the car to Hub in Baluchistan, where they set the vehicle fire. Initial investigations indicate that Armaghan and Shiraz were responsible for burning the car and getting rid of the body.

Meanwhile, the police regained the modern weapons of the suspect residence, and the Anti -Terrorism Department has been assigned to trace its origin.

The AVCC Police also requested FIA assistance to analyze data from a seized portable computer of the Armaghan Bungalow.

In addition, a disturbing audio recording has emerged, according to the reports, the last of Mustafa, in which he tells a friend who was going to Armagan’s house and suggests that his friend should join him after finishing his work.

This recording has raised significant questions about police investigation, since it suggests that Mustafa’s friend may have known about his last whereabouts, but could not inform the authorities for more than a month.
