Shedeur Sanders is not ready for his father in the Hall of Fame to visit the Cleveland Browns Training camp still.
While talking with the media on Monday after missing Saturday’s practice with the arm, he asked the rookie field marshal why he told his father, Soccer Deion Sanders coach, not to visit the training camp yet.

“I don’t want him to come to see me right now because I want to get where I want to go, then for him to see me,” Sanders said.

“I don’t want you to see me get a couple of repetitions, and you’re cheering like a good dad. As, no, you can’t be proud of me right now. I have to get where I go, and I know it’s a lot that I have to do to get there.”
Sanders added that he intends to “focus on this time, I don’t want distractions”, pointing out that having A NFL Legend as a father is “a gift and a curse.”
“We know how everyone would take it, how to remove the team, with my own father appearing. It is a gift and a curse at the same time.”
