Cam Newton, a unique MVP in the NFL, delivered a blunt message to Shedeur Sanders in his podcast earlier this week after the drama that surrounds the fall of the Draft of the University’s star.
The Cleveland Browns selected Sanders in the fifth Round of the Draft on Saturday. It was projected that Sanders would be one of the first five in his before.

Newton theorized in the podcast “4th & 1” Why Sanders fell and offered advice to the young quartback who now has to upload the depth table of the Browns to obtain a starting point.
“Shedeur Sanders, this message is addressed to you,” said Newton. “Lead with work, I don’t influence. I think he faced the person of a DB (defensive), not a QB. Like DB, you can do certain things. You can talk strong and be rambious and have that bravery. As a field marshal, reminder, you are the CEO of that franchise.
“You have, what I have labeled, the Super Six you have to please. No. 1, the owner, No. 2, the general manager, No. 3, the chief coach, No. 4, the position coach, No. 5, the players and also No. 6, the fans.”

Newton predicted that Sanders would start the Browns is next season.
“This is the best situation for Shedeur because he has to make his way to the top,” said the former Carolina Panthers star. “Do you have the capabilities to do it? Absolutely. And if I am in your camp, I say, as ‘brother, let’s work. Let’s control what we can control now.’ I see Shedeur Sanders starting for the Cleveland Browns at some time this year.”
