The fall of Shedeur Sanders of the first general selection projected to 144 in this year’s NFL draft surprised NFL fans, and a fan was so surprised that he was taking legal actions.
An anonymous fan of the field marshal has filed a demand of $ 100 million against NFL during autumn.
The plaintiff is a native of self -identified Georgia and fan of the Sanders’ College team, the University of Colorado. The lawsuit alleged filtered statements that Sanders “placed interviews”, “was not prepared” and was “too arrogant”, damaging the player’s reputation and hurting his eventual draft position.

The lawsuit suggested that the situation violated the Civil Rights Law of 1964.
“The decisions made with respect to Sanders may have been influenced by racial discrimination, violating their rights as a player,” says demand.
The Sanders slide during the draft caused heated racial debates on social networks, including an X interaction between ESPN Stephen A. Smith presenter and the founder of Barstool Dave Portnoy. The former Democratic representative of the United States, Jamaal Bowman, suggested the reason why Sanders Slid was due to the fact that “the United States continues to fear strong black men.”

However, the first general selection in this year’s draft was the former Miami Cam Ward Marshal, who is, like Sanders, Black. In fact, the last three players to be taken No. 1 in the NFL draft have been black quarterbacks.
Even so, as a result of the slide, the plaintiff said he had experienced an “intentional influence of emotional anguish and trauma.”
“The actions of the NFL and the dissemination of slander statements have caused serious emotional anguish and trauma to the plaintiff, resulting in frustration, disappointment and psychological damage as a fanatic,” says demand. “The NFL may have been involved in unfair practices in misrepresenting the nature of the writing process and the grades of the players.”
Pak Gazette Digital contacted the NFL to comment.
On Tuesday before the draft, NFL media released A summary of the 18 best perspectives in this year’s class.
The Sanders section included comments from an anonymous assistant coach, who said that Sanders was “the worst formal interview in which I have been in my life. He has a lot of right. He takes unnecessary bags. He never plays in time. He has a horrible body language. He blames teammates … but the most important thing is, it is not so good.”
An anonymous executive of a long time added: “It was not great in our interview. He wants to dictate what he is going to do and what is better for him. It makes you feel small.”

However, Sanders and his family have not expressed any complaint about the fall of the Draft of the Field Marshal. The field marshal was taken in the fifth round by the Cleveland Browns.
Sanders is expected to fight for the work of Marshal Field headline with his rookie partner Dillon Gabriel, who was taken ahead of Sanders in the third round.
The team announced on Tuesday that Sanders will use the Jersey No. 12.
