Six martyred soldiers frustrating the suicidal attack

The Security Forces killed six Indian proxy terrorists in a one-day meeting at the Federal Police headquarters (FC) in the Bannu district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Tuesday, during which six soldiers were also martyred and another 19 injuries suffered, the military and the local police said.

Public relations between services (ISPR), the wing of the army media, said in a statement that the terrorists, belonging to the Indian Proxy Fitna to the Khwarij, attacked the headquarters of the FC in the district of Bannu in the early hours of Tuesday in a cowardly terrorist attacks.

“The Kharjis sponsored by the Indians tried to violate the security of the perimeter, however, their nefarious designs were quickly frustrated by the vigilant and resolved response by themselves of themselves.

“The suicide explosion resulted in the partial collapse of the perimeter wall and the damage to the adjacent civil infrastructure that inflicted injuries to three innocent civilians. However, according to the wing of the media of the military, in this intense exchange of fire, six brave soldiers belonging to the Federal Police and the Pakistan army, after putting a heroic fight, hugged martyrdom in the fulfillment of duty.

“The authorization operation in the area would continue and the perpetrators of this atrocious and cowardly act will be taken before justice. Pakistan security forces in step with the nation remain firm in their determination to eradicate terrorism sponsored by the country of the country.”

ISPR’s statement said the sacrifices of “our brave soldiers and innocent civilians strengthen our unwavering commitment to safeguard our nation at all costs.”

While informing the media about the attack, the Bannu Range police officer (RPO) Sajad Khan told journalists that the terrorists put a vehicle loaded with explosives on the wall of the Federal Police lines at 5:15 am that resulted in the collapse of the wall.

“Five militants assaulted the complex and opened fire. The FC staff took reprisals strongly and dedicated himself to a fierce fire exchange. Shortly after, other security forces also arrived at the site and surrounded the terrorists,” he said.

“Small and heavy weapons were used during the shooting. As a result, six terrorists were killed. The liquidation operation in the FC lines took 12 hours,” Khan said, adding that the pump removal equipment (BDS) was examining the explosives used in the vehicle.

President Asif Zardari strongly condemned the terrorist attack carried out by Khawarij backed by India. He issued tribute to the martyrs who frustrated the nefarious designs of Khawarij’s terrorists. The president said that the nation greets the sacrifices of its brave soldiers and citizens.
