Chicago Sky star, Angel Reese, said the first triple-double of her career on Sunday against Connecticut Sun, but did not arrive without a heated time during her confrontation.
In the third quarter, Reese and Sun Bria Hartley’s guard were competing for a rebound. Reese was grabbed while trying to reach the ball and did not like how Hartley played it for the board. The Connecticut striker, Olivia Nelson -ododa, entered between the two players, and Reese responded with a push.

A different angle of the moment showed Hartley grabbing Reese’s hair while the sky player climbed the rebound.
Sun’s veteran, Tina Charles, was also involved in skirmish, since she had words for the second year player. Reese seemed to tell Charles that his hair was thrown.
Reese and Charles were beaten with technical faults.

Chicago finally moved away from Connecticut and won the game 78-66. Reese had 11 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists in the third victory of the season of heaven. He had two out of seven in the field and made the seven free throwing attempts.
Sky’s rookie, Hailey Van Lith, had 16 points throughout the bank, leading all Chicago scorers.

Connecticut fell to 2-8 in the year. Marina Mabrey led the team with 22 points and five rebounds. Charles added 19 points and six rebounds.
