PlayStation Plus subscribers are officially receiving compensation after the interruption of the PlayStation network last month.
At the beginning of February, PSN experienced an interruption of almost 24 hours, which meant that PlayStation users could not play online games during this time.
After the problem was solved, Sony confirmed that this was an “operational problem” with network services. He also announced that all the affected members of PlayStation Plus would automatically receive five additional days of service without charge as compensation, although he did not say when this would be issued at that time.
However, according to Push Square, compensation is now officially implemented as of March 4.
The publication found that the five days of service have now been added to the expiration date of their latest PS Plus Premium payment, which means that other users should now be able to see the same in their own accounts.
To verify if you have received free compensation, you must log in to the PS store and navigate to the ‘Subscription Management’ tab. There you can see your next payment date and if the date is read five days after your most recent transaction, compensation has been added.
The alignment of PS Plus by March 2025 has already been announced and includes Sonic colors: Ultimate, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collectionas well as one of the largest role -playing games (RPG) in 2024, Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Members may claim these games from today until March 31, 2025.
