- Sony launches new outbreaks with IER-EX15C cable for $ 29.99 (around £ 22 / au $ 45)
- USB-C connection with online remote and MIC
- Four colors and three sizes of end of ear
If you are looking for a simple and direct set of very affordable headphones, Sony can have the thing. The new IER-EX15C headphones are USB outbreaks wired with an online remote control, a built-in microphone for calls and a tangle resistant cable.
There are four colors to choose from, and according to the subject they have meaningless names instead of elegant marketing creations: the color options are black, white, blue and pink.
Best of all, they are really cheap: only $ 29.99. That is around £ 22 / au $ 45 before taxes. That is a little more than Apple’s Earpods tastes, but I prefer the shape and adjustment of Sony.
Without battery it means that there is no battery anxiety
Sometimes, it is better: if you are scattered like me and continue forgetting to load your wireless outbreaks, the presence of an old cable means the difference between melodies and without melodies. And the USB-C cable should work with almost any audio source.
The outbreaks are small and light, with three sizes of hearing tip for a safe adjustment and the volume of online remote handling, reproduction/pause and microphone silencing.
The drivers here are 5 mm. Sony says they deliver serious rich and clear voices, and I have heard enough music in sufficient sets of budget sounds over the years to wait for it to sound perfectly well for the money he is spending. Of course, there are better cable headphones, but even our current affordable selection of the best cable headphones costs three times more than these Sonys.
IER-EX15C headphones are cheap, cheerful and colorful, and sometimes that is all you need. They are available in Sony and the usual points of sale.
