Good news South Park Fans: According to the reports, Paramount agreed to buy the global transmission rights for the successful program after its quiet removal of the platform last week.
According to Los Angeles Times, the unleashed sources familiar with the matter confirmed that the agreement has continued, which means that South Park It will be available to transmit in Paramount+ for the first time in the US.
The publication also revealed that a possible license agreement with HBO Max and its parent company Warner Bros. Discovery had been discussed with the creators of the program after an existing agreement expired in June, but Paramount has done it alone, “according to one of the knowledgeable sources.”
So, if you are a South Park Fan this is the perfect time to maintain or obtain a Paramount+subscription, since the agreement possibly solidifies its place as one of the best transmission services.
