I tried to load Steam’s main website again and, although it is loaded, it is clear that some elements do not appear. Mainly, the main slider, which shows titles centered on the home page, appears empty and the site itself is not completely loaded.
It seems that Steam is beginning to recover, from 1:25 pm et, Steamstats.us shows that ‘Steam Store’, ‘Steam Community’, ‘Steam Web Api’ and ‘Steam Connection Managers’ have now returned to normal.
