Every time Stephen Curry decides to get away from the NBA, he will soon follow a call from the Basketball Hall Naismith Memorial.
The four -time NBA champion celebrated his 37th birthday in March.
This autumn will mark Curry’s 17th season with the Golden State Warriors, but he does not expect the Fritad de Chichas guard to leave him soon, at least according to his father.

The former NBA player Dell Curry believes that his son has the ability to play in the NBA “up to 40 years.”
“I think it will be your decision when to get away,” Dell Curry told PFSN. “Many boys play until the teams or the league tell you: ‘We can no longer use your services.’ I think it could be well in their 40 because it can shoot the ball and require that you have to protect it.

Curry has established several NBA records during its historic race and remains the 3 -point leader of all the league. Its long -range shooting ability has had a remarkable effect on the game.

Curry hopes to finish his professional basketball career in San Francisco with the Warriors, the only NBA franchise for which he has played. His father cited the competitive nature of the MVP of the League when he projected “several” more years of playing a high level.

“It still has those competitive juices, those are far from leaving it,” said Dell Curry. “He has the game, the will, so it depends on him. Obviously, he is 37 years old, so we are not talking about six or eight years, but he has many years, several years in this ability to play in the league.”
The Warriors advanced to the finals of the West Conference last month. Curry’s contract with the Warriors expires after the 2025-26 season.
