A third incident of the participation of police personnel in the snatch of vehicles in the city has come to light.
The vehicle lifting cell (AVLC) arrested the sub -inspector Muhammad Urs Solangi, published at the Malir Cantt police station, recovering a stolen car from the limits of the Shahrae Faisal Police Station. The arrested officer was also providing protection to his child’s car lifting gang.

False officers caught
Gulshan-E-Iqbal police arrested two false police officers, Bilawal Khilji and Syed Waqas Hussain, who stole data from digital sites, contacted customers and then committed kidnapping and robbery after reaching the houses of the victims with false police uniforms.
Two illegal guns of 30 perforations with ammunition, three police uniforms, eight mobile phones, dozens of uniform badges, watches, mobile sims and 20 bags were recovered from the possession of the arrested suspects. The defendant revealed during the investigation that they entered a house in Gulshan-E-Iqbal on March 6, looted mobile phones, gold jewels, watches and cash, then kidnapped the victim and asked him to withdraw money from the ATMs, before fleeing with the loot.
In addition, the defendant entered an apartment in Gulshan-E-iqbal on January 2 when he appeared in the police uniform to the victim, before looting the mobile phone of the victims, the ATM card and the vehicle documents, which makes the victim remove the money from several ATMs and Easypaisa stores, before flying with the vehicle.
There have been cases against the suspects arrested under the Code of Conduct, and the investigation authorities carry out additional investigation into the cases.
Police are running for life
Two police officers in the motorcycle patrol had a narrow escape when they met thieves in the industrial area of Korangi. The thieves opened fire against the officers, who were unarmed and did not wear bullet vests.
According to eyewitnesses, the officers passed through the area when they stumbled upon three thieves who fled a warehouse that had just steal. The thieves panicked and began firing the officers, who quickly fled the scene.
One of the officers left his motorcycle and covered himself in a nearby warehouse, while the other officer fled on foot. The thieves, who were also on a motorcycle, crashed and fled on foot, leaving their vehicle behind.
The entire incident was captured in CCTV cameras, and the images have become viral on social networks. The Korangi SSP has suspended both officers and launched an investigation into the incident.
According to the industrial area of Sho Korangi, Inspector Muhammad Ali Naizi, the officers were unarmed and did not wear bullet vests when they met the thieves. He added that the officers were lucky to have escaped unharmed.
