Swiss Asset Manager 21Shares has presented a S-1 registration form for a background quoted by SUI’s exchange (ETF) to the Bag and Securities Commission (SEC).
Currently, SUI quotes at $ 3.67, increasing by 4% after the presentation was made on the SEC website.
“From our first research on Sui, we believe it could become one of the most exciting block chains in the industry, and we are seeing that thesis develops,” said Duncan Moir, president of 21Shares, speaking at the Annual Basecamp Conference in Sui.
SUI is a layer 1 block chain developed by former target engineers, the native token of the network has a market capitalization of $ 11.8 billion, leaving it just outside the 10 largest cryptocurrencies.
The 21Shares presentation occurs six weeks after Canary Capital presented documents to launch an ETF SUI.
