The 2025 Supercross season had a complicated start for Braden Spangle and Wyatt Mattson runners, since both were suspended from the third race of 250 of the season.

Spangle and Mattson were tied during a jump in the classification at the Anaheim Angels Stadium, California. The two began to fight on the track and were almost run over by their partner Anthony CastaƱeda and other motorcyclists.

Supercross officials approached to make sure the other attractions saw them while breaking their entanglement. Both Spangle and Mattson were suspended for the race.

Spangle and Mattson failed to reach the qualifiers in San Diego and Solo Spangle arrived at the qualifiers when Supercross was in Anaheim for the first time at the beginning of the season. However, Spangle did not reach the main event.

On Saturday, it was Haiden Deegan who won the race in Anaheim. He finished 4.4 seconds ahead of Julien Beaumer. Deegan is second at points at the beginning of the season with Beaumer in the first place and leading for seven points in the first three races.

Jordon Smith, Jo Shimoda and Cole Davies complete the first five.

In the main event of 450, Jett Lawrence won approximately 2.4 seconds ahead of Ken Roczen.

Roczen leads the classification of 450 over Chase Sexton by three points. Lawrence is five points behind Roczen in third place. Eli Tomac and Cooper Webb complete the first five.
