Supplica against the commission of audio filtrations eliminated from

Islamabad:

The Supreme Court dismissed on Wednesday requests that challenge the formation of the alleged audio leak commission, declaring the unsuccessful matter.

A Constitutional Bank of five members headed by Judge Amin UD Din Khan heard the case. The bank included Judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar and three other judges.

Judge Amin-Din Khan commented that the Audio leak commission has become inactive, which makes the case ineffective. Judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that the head of the commission, Judge Qazi Faez Isa, withdrew since then, while the other two members of the commission now serve as judges of the Supreme Court.
